We are well position to assist clients who need their accounts to be urgently cleared and completed on time. But there are conditions.

If you are able to submit these documents to us within a reasonable period of time and fully co-operate and furnish us with all information and documents promptly so that we can in turn able attend to your need promptly, efficiently and effectively.

As these jobs are urgent to meet deadlines, it is understandable a premium will be charge.

For initial start-up companies or companies planning to expand but facing financial constraints, we have collaborated with several high profile financial institutions to help your company get a loan. The amounts and criteria for these loans will be determined and evaluated by these financial institutions. We will not act as a guarantor for our clients.


How we stay affordable for you


Our concept to keep our operating overhead expenses as low as possible:-

Under this concept, we run our business operations in our home based office (that is, in our residential area). In the meantime, we do not plan to move our operation to Central Financial Business Districts. Such concept will help us save on these high rental office cost. But if there is ever a change in our plan to move from a home based office to an office in a more concentrated business areas. There will be a substantial upward revision in our fees but existing clients will have the privilege and will the not be affected by such upward revision of fees based on our loyalty programs given to existing clients.

Our approach is to abstain from renovating our office and keep our business operations simple. Although a well design renovated office play an important in promoting professional image. Our concept is to adopt a more practical and realistic approach to prevent our clients from incurring such unnecessary operating expenses. There will be no such renovated cost incorporated in our fees.

Firms of such nature will have its peak and non-peak period operation activities. These monthly salary office staff will still have to be paid even if staff capacity are under-utilized during non-peak period. We save on these cost when office staff have to be paid even if they are being underutilized.

Annual salary increment, extra bonus, incentive and other benefit-in-kind to retain so call talented staff in office will be avoided.

Our staff operate in their own residential home. So they have more time with their family members. This is to maintain a work-life-balance and help boost their morale. We make sure the well-being and welfare of our staff are well look after. These staff are highly qualified professional or carefully and stringently selected and recruited from a pool of competent well trained staff with a good number of years of relevant working experience and track-records. They are being paid according to their job assignment.

As our overheads are not high, these will be able to convince and justify our fees are genuinely competitive and reasonable.

AUDIT FEE QUOTATIONS AS FOLLOWS:-

1) Audit fee - S$1,000 to S$ 3,000 per audit report for a small company with a simple structure and operation.

2) Audit fee - S$3,001 to S$ 5,000 per audit report for a medium size company with a complex structure.

3) Audit fee - S$5,001 to S$15,000 per audit report for a high volume transactions.

4) Consolidation of financial statements S$4,000 to S$10,000 per report.
