ACRA Corporate Secretarial Services Fees for 1st Year startup small business:
I would like to know your quotes for corporate secretarial services as per required by ACRA and do your company also provide audit services for a small business like mine. As of now, my business is just about to start up and minimal transaction expected for the 1st year.
ACRA Corporate Secretarial Services and Audit Fees explaination:
Our audit services start at a minimum of S$3,000 for normal active company. If your company is dormant the audit fee start at S$1,000 and for semi dormant the audit fee is S$2,000.
For our understanding, under our local legislation, a person who perform audit services cannot also act as a company secretary. Therefore, Client staff usually engage their own staff to act as a nominee company
secretary.
I will only charge your company for secretarial work perform by me for routine and non routine services secretarial work when requested by your company, In the case, you do not have a local staff to act as a nominee secretary. I will outsource the company secretary work to my business contact at reasonable rate.
And to assure you, I will perform the audit myself.
